Better than fantastic !! Was hearing a noise from the engine compartment. A lot of vibration. In my mind this was serious, it could be anything ! Bro Was hearing a noise from the engine compartment. He came back after about a hour and told me that the heat shield over the muffler had come loose and they took care of it !! He could have told me anything and I would believe it. 1st service appointment I asked for a phone call when car was finished. I some how didn’t receive it. Not sure why but i was told they called & left a message.
