great service I bought a Hyundai xg350 from this dealership in 2005. The salesman was Frank bailey. He is terrific. If you need to buy a car you need to see Frank. I have sent many friends and neighbors to purchase a vehicle from him. They all agree it was the best experience they had when buying a car He is like dealing with your favorite uncle. He will work with you . Anyway the purpose of this review is to let you know the latest experience I had with the service department yesterday. i called at 3pm and told them my brake lite warning lite comes on every time I apply brakes. After searching the internet I was sure it was a brake lite switch or perhaps an electrical problem. Todd at the service department said bring the car in NOW. It could be a simple fix or a serious brake leak problem. I arrived at 4 pm Todd greeted me and assigned a mechanic at once. meanwhile I visited Frank bailey who was in the sales room. I asked to see a few select cars. I said that I didn't know exactly what i wanted but I know after some time I will be buying a new vehicle from Frank within the year. After one hour Todd went looking for me. The car was fixed. It was a burnt out tail lite.The cost of repair was less than what I pay for a small pizza. They washed the car afterwards and did a quick safety check before they gave me back the car. Overall I am very pleased with this level of professional service and courtesy. Gerry G More
