My car was at the dealership under insurance claim awaiting parts since August 10. Once the part arrived and car was completed mid october I was called to pick up the vehicle. I informed him I was out of town. He texted and called my alternate number after the call. When I arrived at the dealership the remote didn't work. Tom told me to stop by at another time to have the Remotes paired. When I walked to the car after finding myself it wouldnt start. The battery was dead. He stated it could be from sitting so long after being ready. 3 days. He said someone could jump the car I asked could he text the battery and he stated I would need to leave the car. The car was there for 3 months what another day. Oh because they didn't. Have room. He called and stated I need to replace the battery out of pocket. He called back and stated the wiring need to be replaced and call the insurance company. I called and they started he would only need to submit a form. When I picked up my car the low tire pressure light was on, the oil light was on. The experience was a complete nightmare. My car was stolen and needs parts I took pictures of the inside which had 2 portable air pumps. Neither was present More

Our 2014 Tucson had an engine failure, covered under warranty. Family Hyundai had our vehicle for 3 months, waiting on the replacement engine for the repair. After getting the car back, the AC no longer warranty. Family Hyundai had our vehicle for 3 months, waiting on the replacement engine for the repair. After getting the car back, the AC no longer worked. I immediately brought the vehicle back because I figured something wasn’t reconnected during the engine repair. Collin in service department insisted that maybe the AC was broke when I brought it in 3 months ago, and tried to charge me over $200 to “evaluate” the AC issue. After I firmly told him I wasn’t going to pay that and I knew for certain the AC was working fine when I originally brought the car in, he went to talk to a manager. Suddenly, they realized the compressor wasn’t plugged in and they fixed the problem in 5 minutes. It really left me feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me to get some extra $. Bad customer service experience. More
