I’ll be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau to get money back that was stolen from me (I was charged for a rental by Family Hyundai even after I was told they don’t provide loaners. This was a lie I discovered later as I saw other customers able to get them). The charge from family Hyundai to my warranty caused me to be unable to get reimbursed for my actual rental.
