I called Al, and explained to that I had some scratches on my vehicle and he informed me to bring the vehicle in and have in inspected to see if the repairs could be made at the Dealership. When I arrived Al went and got Jason to look at the problem Jason said he could fix the problem. Jason did a great job of repairing the vehicle you could not tell where the scratches had been. I have talked to Tom Salon and he explained everything to me as did Colin. They have been nothing but courteous. I guess the problem was having to leave my car and not getting a loaner.
