I wish that I would have better things to say but I don't. I purchased my vehicle 2020 Hyundai Palisade on February 27th and since then I have had it in my possession for a total of 6 days over the las don't. I purchased my vehicle 2020 Hyundai Palisade on February 27th and since then I have had it in my possession for a total of 6 days over the last month. Today March 30th it is back in the shop still working on the same issue I have had since February 27th. There is something wrong with the FCA sensor that no one can seem to figure out. I can't even enjoy my new car because it's been at Family Hyundai more than I have had it. I have spent more time in their loaner cars than my own new car. I am so exhausted with this already. When does it end? I keep taking it back for the same FCA issue and I keep getting told it's all fixed and the moment I drive it the FCA radar blocked error pops up. I will say that Ricky Gushi has gone above and beyond what he can do for me in getting 4 out 5 issues fixed. If I had purchased a brand new car with no issues my recommendation would have been a lot higher and I would have nothing negative to say because initially I had a great experience until I got home and uncovered all the issues this car had. More
I would not recommend this location at all. Especially for service your better off going to a auto shop or junk yard. The service employees sucks Micheal Krat and the manager TJ Schmidt. I was told to only talk to TJ Schmidt because he is the service manager I called to speak with him, when I called today a lady picked up and said he is busy at the moment and he will call me back. Someone else called me back 2 hours later which was NOT TJ Schmidt after I spoke with another employee Micheal Krat he was also very disrespectful and rude. This place is a total rip off please don’t take your car here for service anything. I’m guessing the manager TJ Schmidt did not want to speak with me because I still have yet to speak with him and to me that is very unprofessional. I’m paying you guys money and I asked to speak to the service manager and unfortunately the service manager did not want to speak with me if I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I definitely would. More

I got an oil change at your dealership for my Hyundai Accent. I had a coupon which helped bring the bill down a little. I was glad it only took an hour to do my oil change, as the last time I had it cha Accent. I had a coupon which helped bring the bill down a little. The service was good. The only downfall was when I asked the service Davy if they can check an issue I'm having with my car he said they can't on the weekend. He said my issue needed to be taken care of during the week. I asked him if I could drop it off the night before my appointment, he said I can but they don't have any cars for me to use to go to work. I work 2 jobs Monday-Friday 6am-6:30pm. I was a bit upset about that. When I called to make my oil change appointment they told me on the phone they can look at the issue I'm having with my car, then when I get to the dealership for my appointment I was told that they can only look at my issue during the week. So I was told one thing on the phone and another thing when I came to the dealership. More
