Took me 5 days to make an appointment to have my car serviced. Al should honestly be fired. Sam is wonderful and had my appointment scheduled in 2.5 seconds so I don’t know why it took Al almost a week serviced. Al should honestly be fired. Sam is wonderful and had my appointment scheduled in 2.5 seconds so I don’t know why it took Al almost a week to call me back and even when he did he told me to call Sam to make an appointment. Then had to wait until an employee was finished working on a car that was blocking my car in to leave the parking lot. The employees are just absolute trash. More
