I scheduled an oil change and asked that they check the wind noise which is excessive and coming from the drivers side when going over 50 miles per hour. This is the second time I needed them to check as this is very bothersome for a new car. The service man said they did oil change, but did not hear anything wrong with car, if I wanted it checked into further, I had to make another appointment? Wait, I thought I made that appointment? Very disappointed. I forgot my coupon so asked service rep if they could please apply, again first time they said no. This is my 2nd Hyundai, they know I receive coupons, and they typically apply them, Very disappointed. Upon leaving, can you image my shock when I entered a completely dirty wet car?! They did not even bother to wipe it down, first time this ever happened too! Next time, I will tell them to do a better job cleaning the car and wipe it dry, so much for a free car wash, I would rather them not do it at all. It's not a very good perk if they put no effort into it. No effort at all for a nice finished product. I drove immediately to a car wash to actually get the car clean. Again, very disappointed. More

The customer service I received from the "service" department was unbelievable. I brought my brand new 2020 car in because of a ticking sound. The service guy Bryan spoke to me like I was a child department was unbelievable. I brought my brand new 2020 car in because of a ticking sound. The service guy Bryan spoke to me like I was a child when I questioned why he was telling me I had what they had diagnosed as an engine problem. Again, on a 2020 vehicle. Then he stated that it wasn't Family Hyundai's fault and that I hadn't bought the car there any way, which was a lie because I did. Finally received a half-assed apology when he looked it up and saw that I had. I was offered a loaner which required that I not have any pets, or do anything in that I might normally do in my own car. Oh, and bring the car back with the fuel level at the same level. So, I received an update an entire week later that they had to order a new engine because the car had "internal engine failure". Weeks went by and I heard nothing until I contacted Hyundai's corporate office. Then I got a call the next day with an update. Then when they finally completed the work, right in the middle of Christmas and New Year's, they call to tell me I can come and pick up my vehicle. In fact, insisting, like I should have been sitting around waiting for them. This is just the icing to my experience that I had received with their finance guy who insisted that my son take the "gap" insurance when he was purchasing a car right after I'd gotten mine. This man, snatched up the paperwork off the desk and stormed out of the office because he said he didn't want it. I can't wait to tell everybody I know and don't know about these experiences. Think I'll start a facebook page to see how many others have been treated this way!!! More

I paid over 1300 to get car fixed...still not riding right. Brakes sqieeking, car still.vibrating when excellerating Pulls to right when excellerating also. Very disappointed. It took over three weeks to receive the new passenger mirror that was broken. Once the mirror was painted and ready the service department attached it to the car in about thirty minutes.
