Unscheduled service My engine light came on while driving while driving and it was flashing which meant I needed to get this attended to ASAP. There was some hesitation d My engine light came on while driving while driving and it was flashing which meant I needed to get this attended to ASAP. There was some hesitation during acceleration so I brought it straight in without an appointment. Brian Ramrocki took care of me and learned that there was a Part 2 of a previous recall about the system update and installed a knock sensor overlay harness under warranty. While there, I also had my brakes, engine belt and oil changed as they were all needed anyway. I knew it was going to take a while so I expected to wait several hours. Bran was great and courteous and even found a coupon for $20.00 off the oil change. However, when I got into my vehicle, I found that my drivers seat had been moved, the steering wheel was adjusted differently and when I turned my radio back on (I turned it off when I arrived) it was set to some other stations outside of my presets and I had to figure out how to get it back. So the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is for those issues. I could see if the mechanic needing to road test after the work was done but they don't need to mess with the settings on my seat, steering wheel and radio. More

Great service, fast repair, friendly great experience. Colin was my first guy at Family that I dealt with and what a great guy. He got my son's Veloster in and repaired same day. Great service ! I came in without an appointment on a Saturday to have air added to my tires and have the low tire indicator light turned off.
