Family Hyundai - Service Center

Service vusit I brought in my car because of a mouse I heard . It was determined that my struts needed replacing in addition to a caliper and brake pad. I had recently had my car in for the 130,000 Mike check and I was surprised that these issues weren’t noticed then. At that time brakes were done so I’m not sure why the caliper had an issue etc. a few days later I left on a trip out of state and noticed a loud thumping noise as I drove down the interstate. After examination I realized that my rear right tire was missing two lug nuts. I could only think that they were not placed back at the recent service call. This is the first time I have had an issue at family Hyundai. I am reluctant to bring my car in again fearing sloppy service and wondering if I can trust the finished product. I do want to say that Crystal is always excellent I’m just concerned about the mechanics . More
