Family Hyundai - Service Center

Disappointed I am always impressed by this facility. However this most recent experience has me questioning whether I should return. My car was not washed, and par I am always impressed by this facility. However this most recent experience has me questioning whether I should return. My car was not washed, and part of the inspection was unfinished. On top of that, all of the caps that go on the tire air valves are missing; this is the second time I’ve had to have them replaced since they were carelessly never reapplied. I’m super disappointed in this experience and more upset that I spent my time and money at a place who doesn’t care about me or my vehicle. More

Confidence at this dealership I appreciated my service writer giving me an estimate on my wait time and so surprised finished early. Quick oil change Andrew was a friendly and helpful service rep when I arrived and was very kind in answering the questions I gave him.
