They have worked with me as a co-laborer for all type of maintenance for my car. Some examples are my oil changes, brakes and all types of repairs. Each Service Representative greets you with a smile. My Service Representative on yesterday went the extra mile and provided outstanding service and outstanding recommendations. By way, his name is Michael Majchrowic. A man who cares about people and who loves to serve the customers of Family Hyundai. Many time we wait to promote people sometime when it is too late. I would highly recommend some type of award or promotion for Michael. Thank you for allowing me to share my experience from yesterday! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I purchased my Accent in 2014 at this dealership and Frank the Tank was the best! I have for the last 5 years have had my Accent only serviced in your service shop. I have always had the best service from Tom and Colin! They are truly remarkable! So remarkable that last April I purchased a Sonota for my son in Denver Colorado. I was in for the last time on Saturday 7-20-19 and was checked in by a Crystal. She was the worst! She comes and tells me I have a bubble in my tire I said ok I don't know what that is she said you need a new tire I said ok can you get a price for me. She never went into any detail of what else I needed other then an oil change she simply did not care!!!!!!! So I wait for 2 hours she never came and gave me a price for the tire, Colin came up to me to give me the price for the tire I stated i was so disappointed in the service from Crystal that I will be going somewhere else for not only the tire but anything else that may need to be done. I still have no idea due to the fact Crystal never came and told me. I have a conversation with Colin who is GREAT and told him all my concerns and I just to bring my car around once the oil change was complete. I then go to my car and it was dirty inside then before the oil change someone had gotten the passenger front seat dirty and nothing was vacuumed, I think the world of Frank, Tom and Colin they have been great the entire 5 years, but my experience this past Saturday I not only will have any work done on my 2014 Accent but I will also not be returning to purchase my Tuscan in the fall. In addition to the service visit, I test drove a Kona with Jaclyn Bobbitt, who impressed me with her knowledge & understanding that I was just beginning my research on a new vehicle, so no pressure was applied. I was, however, not pleased that I was unable to make an appointment for this service, instead was advised to just come in, preferably in the afternoon. I'm a long-term customer and was always given the option of scheduling an appointment in the past. I feel that, if given an appointment, my time spent there would not have been any anywhere near the 4+ hours I spent. THIS IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT and the reason my overall rating of this service center & customer service ratings are below 5. More
