Poor Service Called in for oil change. Was told an hour to an hour and a half. Got there checked in and ended up waiting 3 hours for a simple oil change. When advi Called in for oil change. When advisor gave keys he told me “sorry for the wait, but we cleaned and detailed your car” but then they didn’t even wash it. I wish the service department cared as much as sales department. More

Oil change nd tire rotation I came in for my regular oil change, not realizing that it was the week before 4th of July. My advisor mentioned I could come back on another day nd m I came in for my regular oil change, not realizing that it was the week before 4th of July. My advisor mentioned I could come back on another day nd make an appoint. without waiting, but he woukd still take my car in and told me it coukd take 2 hrs!! I chose to stay nd take my chances...it took far less than the two hrs nd they rotated my tires nd replaces my tires stem caps that were missing... AND washed my car😁😎 fabulous More
