Bait and Switch I was originally told that every third oil change would be free. Although I have other dealerships closer to my home, I thought this was a great deal I was originally told that every third oil change would be free. Although I have other dealerships closer to my home, I thought this was a great deal and decide to make this dealership my home for service. On 2/1/19 I stopped in for my third oil change and was greeted with a bill. I explained to the advisor that this was my third oil change and should be free. The advisor explained that customers were giving the wrong information in the past and the third oil change is only free when you purchased the car from Family Hyundai. This seemed like the classic bait and switch. With the acknowledgment that customers had received the wrong information, my third oil change should have been free. The dealership also decided to Replace my license plate cover with a Family Hyundai license plate cover. This is not something I asked for as I could not in good faith advertise or recommend this dealership. More
