Awesome! Simply Awesome. I have been servicing my 2007 azera at this dealer ship for over 2 years. It was purchase used not to mention however the staff and technicians are ve I have been servicing my 2007 azera at this dealer ship for over 2 years. It was purchase used not to mention however the staff and technicians are very friendly. On my latest visit, my ignition cylinder failed. Tom Salin my service manager ( whom I have been dealing with) was very kind and polite. When I told him what the issue was, he made sure I had a loaner vehicle because the replacement part needed to be ordered. I also informed him that it appears the previous owner had issues with the same damaging the lower dash panel. The technician Timothy Porebski replaced the ignition cylinder and repairied the dash panel! In doing so, this eliminated about 80 percent of the rattling I was hearing in the cabin. I normally do not complete surveys however I felt it is necessary to congratulate them. Thanks for a job well done. Until next time, Ralph A. Black More
