Casey was great to work with. He was understanding of my situation, I was on vacation 800+ miles from home when experiencing car trouble. I visited Family Kia, he took the car back immediately and gave me an answer within two hours. Rush, ordered the part, gave me daily updates as to when to expect it in and have the work completed within my time limits. All around great experience. Much better than any of the Kia dealerships, I’ve dealt with in the Pittsburgh area. More
