Although I arrived an hour ahead of my scheduled appointment, I was received promptly and assisted with remarkable courtesy and precision. The quality of their customer service was further complemented by an outstanding waiting area, one of the most comfortable and well-appointed I have encountered in any service establishment. It is, in fact, it is almost regrettable that I purchased my Kia Soul at another dealership, since they were equally as nice, as the level of care and attentiveness displayed here suggests I would have received truly exceptional treatment from the outset. The experience has left a strong and positive impression, and I am certain that my next vehicle purchase will unquestionably take place at Family Kia of St. Augustine. More

Was towed in for a flat. It lost air fast so they said I need to buy a new tire. Never looked for the leak. Had to pay for a second tow home and took the flat to where I boug It lost air fast so they said I need to buy a new tire. Never looked for the leak. Had to pay for a second tow home and took the flat to where I bought it two weeks ago. It had a puncture in the tread they fixed in 20 minutes, free. I'm out over $180 for the tow. Thanks ☹️ More
