I have always hated purchasing a car from a dealer. From the negotiations, the back and forth with the sales people and the sales manager, the weird hidden charges that always pop up, the shady things finance tries to pull it is always an experience that has left me with a horrible taste in my mouth and frankly feeling dirty and completely taken advantage of. My experience with Family Toyota of Burleson ABSOLUTELY blew me away! From start to finish the experience was swift, transparent, left me completely satisfied and was a 180 degree different experience from the norm. From initial contact, valuation and negations of my trade, knowledge of their product, the lack of trying to up-sell me, negotiations on price, and the speed in which it was all accomplished absolutely blew me away. Finance even went out of their way to find me an interest rate that was outstanding as well. My sales person was Paige and she could not have been more professional and knowledgeable about the Toyota line of vehicles. Her patience in my indecisiveness on a few options and colors was appreciated. She never rushed me and I really appreciated her not trying to up-sell me into something that I did not need. Sal assisted her and his demeanor was spot on as well. Seth the Sales Manager closed the deal efficiently and more than met my expectations. I cannot recommend Paige and Family Toyota of Burleson enough. They have completely renewed my faith in auto dealerships with their overwhelming desire to make sure my family and I were completely satisfied with the entire experience of purchasing a vehicle! Treated just like "Family" I was shopping for a car with the intention to purchase at a later date.
