Had I known the limited access to the vehicle and or the fact it wasn't among the event special sales I wouldn't have gone . None the less I proceeded to look at other options to fit our budget and goals, the final selection came thru a recommended option by the sales person that met our price line and goals to increase the efficiency of our transportation needs. we never thought of owning a hybrid vehicle. We hope the claimed gas mileage for this vehicle choice will be a consistent performer over it life span. As we drive 30,000 miles plus a year it wont take long to know if our investment will reap the returns expected in fuel savings. More

I explained to him that I needed an oil change, tires rotated and a state inspection. This was a Saturday. It took about and hour and a half, which I thought was pretty good for a busy dealership. Tristain kept in constant contact act with me and gave me updates as I waited. At one point, he sat down and had a quick chat with me. After the vehicle was completed, I learned that my passenger side windshield wiper fluid line had been chewed by some squirrels. Tristain did not hesitate to get the vehicle in the bay and get it fixed. To make it all the better for me, since it was a quick fix, he had the techs complete the extra job at no cost to me. I can’t say enough about the dealership and the folks that work there. Oh and if the above wasn’t enough to make you want to come there, they have a dark movie room with lounge chairs, free ice cream and popcorn. Cmon?? What’s not to like. More

Worked with Bruce from the very beginning when I found the car online and sent in an inquiry to leaving out the door with keys to new car in my hand two days later. He was very professional and ultimately made sure that me as the customer was satisfied with the transaction. Pleasure doing business with Family Toyota, would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a car, go there!!! Not to mention all the added incentives when purchasing a new vehicle.
