As with most big purchases in life, there are tons of questions that come along with them that need to be answered before one can make a responsible choice. Lance was very easy to talk to, never pressured us to make a decision, listened to us and the questions we had. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and get us the best answers he could all while maintaining a good open ear that made him so personable. We still have a few things to figure out before making a purchase, but Lance will be our guy when we head back in to finish the process. He will go to work for you and is as transparent as they come.
