Engine Bay Cleaning I had a great experience at this dealership. While they cleaned my engine bay, I sat very comfortably in their lounge. My wife and I were involved in an accident that totaled our car. The accident was not our fault and before the accident we were not in the market for a new car. I doubt that makes us an ideal customer for any car dealer. We looked at Tesla, Honda, Lexus(our last 2 cars), and Toyota from 2 different dealers. We were looking for either an electric car or a hybrid. We went to Family Toyota to look at the Camry Hybrid because we had previously had a good experience there and had purchased 4 other cars from Jeff Raim. I was surprised when my wife fell in love with the newly redesigned RAV4 and particularly the Hybrid version. The color and package she wanted was not easy to find so we expected to wait for at least a few weeks to get it, extremely inconvenient to say the least considering we were down a car. Jeff knew our situation and worked a little magic and got us into the exact car we wanted with no delay. Family Toyota, Jeff Raim and Derek made us comfortable and welcome. The purchase and delivery process was quick and painless. With all 5 cars that I have purchased from Jeff I have always felt like I was treated fairly and given a fair deal. He doesn't sell me anything I don't want and applies no pressure to add things I don't need. The finance guy, Tony Franklin was fantastic to work with. Hard to believe a car purchase experience could go this easy and be enjoyable. Thats what you get when you trust the people you're dealing with. The next time I am in the market for a new car Jeff Raim and Family Toyota will be the first ones I call. Also, we purchased a car from Family Toyota of Burleson and Jeff Raim for my daughter last year. That experience was also very smooth and since then my daughter has had all of her service done there and has been treated fairly and promptly each time. More

We thought because our credit was bad that we were never going to find a vehicle, that was until I called Family Toyota in Burleson. Michael and Tebo worked really hard for us, and we ended up getting approved for a very nice car! They were very nice and up front, they both were very professional and treated us more like family than customers. They matched us with a car that fit our family, and got us approved despite having not so good credit. They made us feel comfortable, they didn't give us the run around, they were honest from the start! I am so thankful to these guys for working for us and getting us a beautiful car! I definitely recommend them to anyone. Don't give up hope, there are still good dealerships out there and Family Toyota is definitely one of them. My hope was lost, and they brought back hope for me.
