Time wasted Asked to return to dealership guaranteed a deal by sales manager after 2 weeks of dealing with salesman. Returned to dealership with dealer knowing desired payment. Upon arrival payment was higher than discussed, but we agreed. After we signed the prelim papers, salesman verified payoff which had gone up increasing our payment. Again, we agreed. Paperwork went to financing, and we sat. Salesman knowing we needed to leave by a certain time. With that time approaching, and not seeing him, we text him and he told us he understood and for us to go ahead and go. No explication as to where were in the process. Finance guy came and told us he understood we were “impatient”. After waiting 2 weeks and sitting in the dealership for 2 hours after being asked to return, I’d say we are more than patient. We left with no new Toyota. We will not be buying a Toyota at Family Toyota or recommending them. More
