We have since realized that past the initial steps with salesperson this experience has not been positive - paperwork was not done properly my husband spoke with general manager of the dealership who was supposed to take care of the problem first thing this morning - at 3pm no one had contacted our credit union as GM stated he would. Super Frustrated!!!! If the GM is not concerned about keeping his word how are we to feel confident that this matter will be handled?
