Simple and no headache! The first time I bought a car (four years ago at the time of writing) it was a very long experience that took about seven hours and by the time it was The first time I bought a car (four years ago at the time of writing) it was a very long experience that took about seven hours and by the time it was over I had a used car and a massive headache. Today I went to Toyota of Burleson and it was a much simpler experience. I met with a salesman named James Parcus who was very polite, attentive, and knowledgeable. But most importantly is that he worked with me. He was patient and shared all of the options available to me and worked to get me the best deal possible. Joe in finance was also very forth coming with the best options available to get me the price that I wanted and was right for me. I leased a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry and I could not be happier. If James is still there when my lease is up I will most certainly go to him for my next car and I will highly recommend him to anyone that is shopping for a new vehicle. More

Terrible Service and a Terrible experience My son found a truck they had for sale online and went into to see them about financing it, as a young person first time buyer they told him he would My son found a truck they had for sale online and went into to see them about financing it, as a young person first time buyer they told him he would need a co-signer so I gave him my information and took our existing truck to them for trade-in. After not being able to revisit the same salesman he had been dealing with we were given a new one..UGH we told him what financing was offered to us and waited for an appraisal on the existing vehicle, after an hour and half i went to find the salesman to see what was going on, he said that there never was a offer from a bank that it had not even been submitted and that there was no way they would pay off the loan on the existing truck with no explanation or even a look of concern. So we left, my son called the next morning to see if there was anything he could do (he really wanted that truck) and they offered him a payment of 550.00 and 4000.00 for existing vehicle. I said no it was to high of a payment so he called the manager to see if anything could be done about the trade in value to get the payment down to 500.00. the manager explained that he couldnt believe they only offered 4000 and to let him see what he could do since he was the manager so waited...and waited...all day finally my son had to call him back and he said again that noone had ever submitted anything to the bank and the bank would not do the loan at all.(and apparently that made it OK not to bother to return the call with the answer) so my son said then twice now I have been lied to about the financing process and the offers that were made to me? and the managers response was "I guess so" and that was it. I have been financing vehicles for over 30 years , but the way were treated from walking in the door and for 3 days being lied to about the whole deal and then to just be shrugged off is UNACCEPTABLE... I currently drive a toyota and I can assure you that I will NOT being doing business with this dealership. BTW took the existing truck to another dealership last night, got 7500.00 for existing truck and a new truck (used) with a payment of 487.00 month. I would advise that you check out other dealerships first before wasting any time here. More

Family Toyota of Burleson is a beautiful, clean, helpful place to go to get the best service for your car. They are truly family oriented. Even if you have to wait an hour, the waiting room is so nice and friendly. In a year or two I will be buying a new Toyota from Family Toyota of Burleson and I can't wait to have Ava help us again if we need it. But Toyota automobiles need very little maintenance ever! So good to see Ava again!! More
