Textbook Definition of "No Pressure" Purchasing Experience I am going to tell you that my purchasing process took me about 3 months to make. As for my personal experience, I started when I made that hypothetic I am going to tell you that my purchasing process took me about 3 months to make. As for my personal experience, I started when I made that hypothetical new car at Toyota's website which led me to Family Toyota in Burleson. It took me about 6 weeks after playing around with the website to visit the dealership itself. During our initial encounter, Miss Stevie was blunt (it's a good thing), patient, and considerate. She let me test drive a 2016 Limited Sequoia at the end of her day, however, I did not walk out with a sequoia on that day. Fast forward to 12-26-16, that is when we got down to business ( cue Mulan theme song ). I came in and test drove 3 cars, 1x 2016 SR5 Sequoia 4x2, 1x T-Force 4runner 4x4, 1 SR5 Premium 4runner 4x2. I spent 7 hours (yes you read that right) fighting that inner struggle on which car to take. I talked with multiple members of the team Ava (from the service Department), Faheem and Chris ( Management ), and Joe( finance). When I asked for space to think, they gave it, when I asked them for questions about the vehicles, they stuck with me. I know I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with, but at the end of the day, I got a fair price for my 2016 4runner SR5 Premium 4x2. I am pretty picky when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and the fact that they were pleasant for 7 hours was a testament to their professionalism. Stevie and Faheem form a great combination, because they will go to great lengths to get you a fair deal. Ava will answer all of your maintenance questions, Chris will check in on you to make sure you have access to any of the team members, and Joe will try to get you the best financing that you could get. More

I've dealt with three service reps since I have been having my 2015 Camry serviced here. All three were excellent. The waiting area is very upscale and inviting. Since I work during the week, I take my car in on Saturday mornings, which you would think would mean long waits and crowded waiting area. Not here. They get you in and out before you know it. Nothing but good things to say. I bought my car before they opened, but I will definitely look there first before I buy another one. More
