Family Trucks and Vans is a strong supporter of local charities, participating in extensive Youth Coaching and in the Make a Wish Foundation. John Sharp, president of Family Trucks and Vans has served as an Officer and Director of the Colorado Chapter of Independent Automobile Dealers Association. They stepped up to the plate and made it right. I recently purchased a 2011 KIA Sorento from Family Trucks and Vans. I immediately began having problems. I called my salesman, Eric who told me to br I recently purchased a 2011 KIA Sorento from Family Trucks and Vans. I immediately began having problems. I called my salesman, Eric who told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. There were a few glitches during the process, but, long story short, they fixed my car, even replacing the transmission. It has been several weeks since I got my car back and have had no problems.
