As Aldo Robert and Paul live scammed and manipulated a contract had a verbal contract with Robert and Paul they didn't come through with their promise they lied to us said that they would do a recontract contract had a verbal contract with Robert and Paul they didn't come through with their promise they lied to us said that they would do a recontract on a 2014 Dodge ram 1500 bighorn which had an exhaust leak and a rattle which sounded like a hemi tick didn't disclose that in our contract or verbally when we started the contract decided that there was some faulty things had them going to do a rewrite of a contract they came and picked up the truck lie to our face. Said that they had to take possession of the truck that they would rewrite the contract bring back the truck and we would resign the contract and none of that came through they lie they annipulate all their customers they fabricate their paperwork because we had in-house finances and they did some illegal stuff to get us that truck. And also didn't disclose the certain things that were wrong which I have evidence and pictures of from that vehicle. And which I'm going to report to the state general the BBB and I'm going to sue them if anybody else wants to get along with me hit me up.. but this car dealership should not be in progress in Denver county because of how scandalous how rude disrespectful and how much of a lie that they truly are. More

To whom it may concern: My salesman was Luis and was very unprofessional only caring about $ for the veh/sale. He’s never would call me bk and never followed up. He’s come across like he was helping you etc, unprofessional only caring about $ for the veh/sale. He’s never would call me bk and never followed up. When I received the vehicle the air conditioner system was non functional as well as engine mount s etc. Inspection report was false stating all was ok. I asked for other stuff to be checked and no response. I asked for my deposit bk and they wouldn’t give it back to me as I never signed anything. I’m from out of state & this is how they treat customers. The “Family” part on the name needs to be removed. They have been dishonest from the start and said vehicle should have never left the lot. Josh the mgr’ tells you one thing and doesn’t keep his verbal word as he stated he’s take care of it and now they’re saying if they do they don’t make any $. Basically the vehicle had issues and they failed to disclose/communicate that info to me during the initial conversation/transaction as I was under the impression being a dealer that they’d be honest, I was wrong. I also called to speak to the owner “John” and he never called me bk, go figure$. Really sad that you have people like this right now as the world is crazy enough. I shouldn’t hv to spend my time dealing with these issues as they should step-up and do what’s right. More to come, I’ll be smiling in the end! Dave More
