John was really great. He was open, honest, nice, knowledgeable and really seemed to want to get us the right vehicle for what we were looking for. The only real complaint I had was at the ending part signing paperwork with the financial person. They were very pushing and obnoxious about trying to sell me coverage and insurance on my vehicle even after stating more than 5 times I DID NOT want it and WASN'T interested and felt like I was being belittled for not wanting to add an extra 100 dollars to my monthly payments and kept asking my "why" 5 or so times whenever I said I'm not interested. I said I'm not interested and don't need to explain myself any further and made my stay an extra hour whenever I just wanted to go home. They offered me an "employee" discount on this coverage as well and I had to keep telling them NO. I know his face but not his name as I don't care to for someone who's annoyed me so badly. If this happens again I will NOT be going back. More
