Over all the sales rep did a good job but finance dropped the ball and it took over 30 days to get the loan funded and collect the title work. I reached out to finance several times and no one ever called me the ball and it took over 30 days to get the loan funded and collect the title work. I reached out to finance several times and no one ever called me back regarding wanting know why the loan had not been funded. The way I found out was from Truity as they could see the loan but was kicked to the dealer for corrected paper work. Had to make my first payment by calling the CU to set up my account since I never received any in the mail. Not happy with this BTW More

Josh was wonderful to work with. He kept me updated on when my car would arrive and even sent me a video when it was delivered. He was great to work with me and my crazy schedule.
