The salesman, Miguel, was very nice to work with. He met our needs. I DID NOT LIKE the financial sell. REALLY?! You can go from $4,000 to $1,000 for the same warranty. I just finally said yes to get out of there. I felt VERY pressured to take the extra warranty. When my husband found out, he was very angry and stated we never used the extra warranty on our previous Subaru. I appreciate you having a set price. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE PRESSURE TO BUY EXTRA WARRANTIES. Come on, you can do better than that. If there were a reason I would not return to Ferguson Superstore, it's because of that. On another note, I ordered a new mirror and have now waited over a month for a call. Miguel called to follow up and discovered the part was in. Why wasn't I called about this? More
