I would say that Greg Thomas did a perfect job, and Brandon was exceptionally nice and apologetic about our wait. I realize this is an industrywide problem, but I do not like the ritual where the sales Brandon was exceptionally nice and apologetic about our wait. It would've been okay if we had not had to be shuffled from building to building and wait for the availability of a finance manager But once Brandon got to us, he was extremely nice and considerate.
