I met with Michael Altman and told him my price range and he showed me the vehicles that were available. I test drove 5 vehicles that day and he was extremely patient, personable and professional. After all my test driving, he asked me what I was thinking. I was honest and told him I planned on test driving some Mazda models and he thanked me for my honesty! I didn't feel any pressure from the moment I arrived until I made my decision and I really appreciated that. After driving the Mazdas the next day, I came back and decided on the Crosstrek.
