They never tried to sell us something we didn't want. When it was time to close the deal, the store manager came and he personally talked to us and offer us a deal that was perfect for us. The Best Experience and Value Wow, what a nice contrast. My husband came with me as I searched for a car. Our salesman, Kyle, was pleasant and low-keyed. Since the cars were drove were 12 and 16 years old, I was a bit intimidated by all the new features that came with the Forester. Kyle patiently explained and re-explained the screens and buttons. The Forester was the first car that actually felt comfortable to drive.
