Misleading I don’t like being misled. Jason said they only used 1 of the 3 credit rating agencies to determine my loan but I got email notifications from 2 cred I don’t like being misled. Jason said they only used 1 of the 3 credit rating agencies to determine my loan but I got email notifications from 2 credit agencies informing me that they used 2. I was told they would have me “in and out” and it would be quick. 2 hours and 15 minutes later I had to tell the finance person that I had to leave because being late to my 2nd job is unacceptable. I get the key fob. Tell them I will put on the paper tag myself and left. A young guy said he had to put my paper tag on. I’m in the car. He takes the tag and later tells me he has the wrong bit and disappears for 4 minutes taking the tag with him. I made it to work with 2 minutes to spare. There was no sense of urgency as Jason had to be called 3 times on the intercom which he ignored until he was called on his phone. They still have to fix the back door. I will hold them accountable. Oh the car was also on empty. I’m hoping it will be another decade before I have to deal with a car dealership again. Bob Long More

Mike Mellor - no pressure, just help I absolutely hate car dealers and salesman, so this is only the 2nd time in my life that I have bought a car from a dealership. I have 2 brother-in-la I absolutely hate car dealers and salesman, so this is only the 2nd time in my life that I have bought a car from a dealership. I have 2 brother-in-laws and a grandfather-in-law that were car salesman and I was never able to come to a deal with them. Mike is different. There was no pressure and I felt like I got a good deal.
