Subaru is changing the game I came in to look at a used vehicles i’d found online after talking to Michael on the phone, but was completely dreading going to “the dealership”. Fu I came in to look at a used vehicles i’d found online after talking to Michael on the phone, but was completely dreading going to “the dealership”. Furgeson was different...Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and I never felt any type of pressure from anyone. I ended up buying a new Subaru rather than the used with an amazing discount they were offering, and Michael was awesome throughout the process. Typical annoying dealership this is not! My past experiences with other dealerships always meant going in on the defensive- from the annoying, cheesy, pushy, high pressure sales staff. That w My past experiences with other dealerships always meant going in on the defensive- from the annoying, cheesy, pushy, high pressure sales staff. That was not my experience at Ferguson Subaru. I never felt pressured by anyone there. It was actually an enjoyable experience. Michael was very nice and informative. Took time to teach me about all the options on my Crosstrek as well as scheduled an appointment to come back in a couple weeks so that I can get any questions answered that might come up as I drive it. Best customer service experience I have ever had at a dealership. More
