Was very disappointed in service Dept. Paid $1400 for a ceramic coating and when they brought my New pickup out it still had bugs on the front and dirt down the side of pickup they sent b Paid $1400 for a ceramic coating and when they brought my New pickup out it still had bugs on the front and dirt down the side of pickup they sent back and it looked Better. But later when I washed it the top of cab did not bead up water at all. One of your salesman said what you expect bunch of Mexicans working back there it was not John. So I thought would give one mor try on the ceramic coat so a Service appt. Was made which I assumed Service would be performed but know left truck all day called a couple times about when it would be ready then finally around 3 Pm found out nothing was done to my pickup. I told them what time I would be there to pickup and when I got there expected my truck to be ready. So asked where it was at was told somewhere on Back lot. He did Offer to go get after mentioned that I asked it be ready because I had to get back to work. I realize parts were not avail. Yet but they could have resolved the promise to make the Ceramic coat right. More

Everyone was nice. However I feel as though I got cheated on my trade in. Y’all told me it was only worth 33,000.00. Y’all have it for sale at 43,000 with MSRP at 45.
