Salesman (Zander Burton) and Manager (don’t remember his name) provided outstanding service. Service department did not do a good job cleaning the vehicle for delivery - when I took it back they did a ver name) provided outstanding service. We had a great experience with the Norman location. I looked at a new Ford Bronco down the street at the Ford Dealer and I was so frustrated by my experience with them that I flipped 180 degrees and bo I looked at a new Ford Bronco down the street at the Ford Dealer and I was so frustrated by my experience with them that I flipped 180 degrees and bought a pre-owned Tesla. We were able to test drive it twice over the weekend to make up our mind and they even take it for a few hours. They paid to have the windshield to be replaced by the manufacture, curb rash on the wheels polished, and the LCD screen to be replaced due to a small blemish before I even asked for anything. They touched up a small paint imperfection and we were done with sales process in about an hour once I made up my mind. The previous owner kept the second key card and charger and a few accessories that I would need to buy so they compensated by removing a dealer fee. The price was very good for the car in our region and I did a ton of research to ensure. Brad the sales manager was very enthusiastic and helpful, Sean and Ramon were very laid back and low pressure, and Gage was very quick and helpful. More
