Our experience was quick and easy. I was able to look it over and make sure it was the right car for us without the pressure of being at the dealership. He also got what he needed to value my trade in while I was checking out the car. We went in the next morning and met with the best finance guy I have ever worked with, Gage, and signed the papers to make it ours. The entire process took less than 2 hours, and it was super simple. I would definitely go back. My only complaint was the almost empty tank of gas I got when leaving in the new vehicle. But that's not enough to keep me from coming back and working with them again. While the buying experience was fairly pleasant, the car's listing was misleading, which I didn't realize until I signed for the car. It was listed as detailed, and that it was a non-smokers vehicle. The "detail" was debatable as there was plenty of nicks in the paint, a few stains in the headliner and this leads me to the second part: it is as ABSOLUTELY a smoker's car. It didn't become apparent during the test drive as it was a wet and rainy day, so it was relatively dark and I didn't need to use the AC. Later in the day as it got colder, the smoker's smell became painfully evident, and the next day when the sun shined bright, I discovered a few light brown smoke stains in the headliner, and a ugly cigarette burn near the passenger's side that they didn't even *attempt* to clean, as I was able to still wipe some of the soot off. The dealer gave me pushback and didn't want to remedy the issue, instead just offering for me to return the car, which at that point I didn't want to, so I decided to keep it for the fact it was at least mechanically sound. Please do detailed inspections on used cars here before you buy them, the listing may not be accurate. More
