I went in for the warranty work I purchased all the packages that Julie Alautz sold us saying the whole car was covered. Apparently the tire wasn’t under warranty even though we were told all tires and packages that Julie Alautz sold us saying the whole car was covered. Apparently the tire wasn’t under warranty even though we were told all tires and rims are covered no matter tread depth or age. We couldn’t cancel the warranty’s even though she said we could if we weren’t happy. Matt was great to bad the rest of their loan people aren’t as honest and caring as him.
