Randy W. made purchasing my car easy and pressure free. This was my first car purchase 'on my own' (and I'm kinda old!) and Randy made it fun. I knew what I made purchasing my car easy and pressure free. This was my first car purchase 'on my own' (and I'm kinda old!) and Randy made it fun. I knew what I wanted and Randy made sure that is what I got. I feel confident that any needs or concerns I may have Fergson Buick will take care me and my car. I appreciated Randy introducing me to management/associates in service and parts and the time taken to be sure I drove out of the lot knowing how to operate all the bells and whistles on my Encore. If we could, we would buy every vehicle from Ferguson. The staff were very real. They were not pushy in anyway.
