I will preface this unparalleled complaint and warning with a qualifier. I use AUTOTRADER.COM daily for research , reviews , and as a " locater " for people who are not very computer savvy buying a new with a qualifier. It is because of this ONE SIMPLE UNDENIABLE FACT , that ALL BRANDS across the country were forced to adapt by the NON FACE TO FACE experience and DELIVERY . So it could not be more ignorant nor surprising when I used the CONFIRM ( THIS CAR IS ON THE LOT ) tab on AUTOTRADER.COM , and the within 24 hours they raised the price by almost $2800. Then when I inquired the very next day about buying it and details on DELIVERY / SHIPPING , I was told they DO NOT SHIP. ***Bare in mind there isn't ONE SINGLE DEALERSHIP IN THE COUNTRY that doesn't ship. To FLAT OUT SAY NO , and not even OFFER TO HELP is hilariously bad customer service , and they lost a $ 24000 sale instantly. ***Find a dealership THAT GOES THE EXTRA MILE , do not give your hard earned wages to ANYONE who DOESN'T EARN IT.
