I would have rated Ferguson's a 5 but in the process of repairing my roof, which they did superbly, my back seat was damaged by some sort of burn. To Ferguson's credit, I took the car back, showed them the repairing my roof, which they did superbly, my back seat was damaged by some sort of burn. To Ferguson's credit, I took the car back, showed them the damage, they photographed it and told me they would order a new seat cushion or however they're going to repair it and told me they would contact me when I could bring it back. If that is repaired I will gladly rate them a 5 or better. They were great to work with under the circumstances with a large number of storm damaged cars. More

I have had problem after problem with my bird’s eye view camera system. I asked service to look at them when I was getting my oil changed.
