I feel I cant trust them I feel that Richard (service writer) recommended that work be done that was not in my best interests to be done. The brake fluid was not black or dark I feel that Richard (service writer) recommended that work be done that was not in my best interests to be done. The brake fluid was not black or dark brown I paid to have it changed without a Ph test. I came in for a 100.000 checkup and Richard insisted I do a Transmission fluid change since I have no done it before I am worried it will cause problems. He wanted to do a Radiator flush and fill at no small cost and insisted the injection system needed to be cleaned, I brought the car in for many legitimate problems (head light, rear brake light, radio not going off with keys out of ignition, GPS not working my bill ended up at $2000.00 dollars 2 weeks before Christmas I did my best to explain this situation to Richard as he continued to insist about brake fluid changes and injector cleaning. I feel the creditability here is at best suspect and staff put there desire get a good commission check ahead of the customer needs. More

I had a rough year and with bankrupt behind me seen no light or tunnel. Other dealers did not try or tried putting the hot coals on me. You folks from entry to exit done great, from price to payment made sure we met in the middle or at best you all worked with me. I will say in respect to the salesman being there 23 years speaks volume about employees and dealership, however a phone call or a thank you a few days after the sale would go greater the distance.
