I had to request a different salesperson because the first one would not listen to me about what I wanted and insisted that I look at a vehicle I did not want. I did find a truck I liked and had a different salesperson help me. I had to return to the dealership to have my "new" truck detailed and filled with gas. Over 2 hours later and two attempts at detailing it I gave up and left to detail it myself. The side of the back seat was covered in dog hair, white residue on the door panel, & it looked like they used a spray bottle to spray something on the seats and it left runs. Apparently my truck was used by an employee for their personal use, 5,000+ miles on it at time of purchase, and they used it to haul their animals and family in as well. If I had known that it had dogs in it prior to purchase I would not have bought it. If they can't even detail a vehicle there is no way I will trust them to do maintenance/oil changes, repairs, or recall fixes. Financing was super friendly until I refused the extended warranty coverage and then he was a total jerk. I do not recommend this dealership at all. More

I buy 2 to 3 cars a year from them. This time I bought a new gmc 3500. I had to help the detail guys clean it. I put the 30 day tag on after waiting for a hour for it. And by the time I got it home the chrome was falling off the front end and the chrome on the hood after a week is discolored. And they do not want to warranty it. Absolutely horrible experience. All the vehicle i purchase a year now will no longer be from them! More
