At the beginning Robert was cordial, however when I starting asking questions about the deal rating sheet, and asked to provide breakdown of fees, and why rebate and discounts were added into the OTD q starting asking questions about the deal rating sheet, and asked to provide breakdown of fees, and why rebate and discounts were added into the OTD quote, his attitude shifted to impatience and condescending. Why buy a car $75,000 car from a salesperson who responds when I am trying to get a better understanding of the deal sheet says to me "it's simple math". Five minutes later the service manager calls me to follow up. No thank you. I will buy a car from another dealership with a salesperson who is more respectful. More

I’ve been a BMW owner for over a year now, and this has been one of the most disappointing dealership and car ownership experiences I’ve ever had. My 2024 BMW i4 M50 has had persistent technology issues been one of the most disappointing dealership and car ownership experiences I’ve ever had. My 2024 BMW i4 M50 has had persistent technology issues — from the digital key repeatedly losing sync, to the vehicle defaulting to guest profile, to the trunk opening on its own, and even one incident where the car wouldn’t start with the digital key at all. Despite multiple service visits and direct communication with BMW Corporate, these issues remain unresolved, with explanations ranging from “that’s by design for safety” to “it’s a known issue” or “it’s a problem with your phone.” What’s worse, dealership management has ignored numerous emails and outreach attempts. I have contacted both the General Manager (Bob Murray) and a sales manager (Alan Mazur) multiple times with no response whatsoever. It’s clear that once your issue requires involvement beyond the service team, all communication stops. Ferman BMW’s complete lack of accountability and willingness to assist customers after the sale is extremely disappointing — especially for a brand that promotes premium service and ownership experiences. Pulled up, saw a rep, dropped off my keys, they had a uber take me to and from my house, picked up my car. BMW should stop charging extra for credit card fees. It's a bad look for a luxury brand. uber take me to and from my house, picked up my car. BMW should stop charging extra for credit card fees. It's a bad look for a luxury brand. More
