The vehicle was delivered in this condition which is unacceptable. I had to call and bring vehicle back for redo work. More

Visiting from SC I live in SC and was visiting family for the weekend. The team at Ferman were able to take me in, after 2pm (again, it was a Saturday), and get my car fixed the same day so that I could travel home on Sunday. They also followed up with a text on Monday to make sure I made it home safely. More

I had already shopped for tires and was surprised to find the dealership was slightly less than the best price I could find. Paul, the service manager, went out of his way to help me understand questions I had and to explain how to get my tire rebate and one year warranty for road hazards. I would recommend Ferman BMW/Mini without hesitation. More
