He builds a relationship with his clients which makes us only want to work with him. The way the service advisors and techs do their business you can blatantly tell that this dealership cares about their customers and we are their #1 priority. I live about 50 miles away from this dealership and have one here locally where I live. I go out of my way just to have Cesar and this dealership take care of my needs. TECH DID NOT CONNECT HOSE UNDER INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET MY VEHICLE WAS IN FOR SEVERAL RECALLS. TECH NEGLECTED TO CONNECT OR REPLACE HOSE UNDER INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET. RESULT, I DROVE TO WORK GALLOPING ALL T MY VEHICLE WAS IN FOR SEVERAL RECALLS. TECH NEGLECTED TO CONNECT OR REPLACE HOSE UNDER INTAKE MANIFOLD GASKET. RESULT, I DROVE TO WORK GALLOPING ALL THE WAY, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON AND ENGINE STALLING. BROKE DOWN SEVERAL TIMES, HAD TO CONTINUALLY TURN ENGINE BACK ON, HAD TO GET TO WORK. INITIALLY NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY COMPLAINT. TOOK IT TO MY REGULAR BMW TECH WHO INVESTIGATED , REPLACED HOSE AND GOT ME BACK ON THE ROAD . YOU SHOULD REIMBURSE ME FOR THAT BILL. WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN TO FERMAN IT WAS RUNNING FINE. More
