The gentleman who is the guest attendant is very friendly. However, there is a high-level of frustration when trying to contact a service team member. Making appointments through a general call center is frustrating, because those operators don’t seem to know anything more than what’s on the screen in front of them. And even though I have brought my vehicle there multiple times, the last time I called, I was told that they could no longer service my vehicle because the computer software was not updated. And the costs quoted for simple service were far out of line from the previous BMW dealerships I went to. Part of my service included a new headlight bulb. When I used my headlights later that day, the headlight was aimed straight at the ground. When I went to aim them, both top aiming screws were missing! More
They had to order 2 new front tires. I had to keep following up to see if they arrived. After a month I inquired if they were there and Ceasar said yes come in on Friday for install. They gave me a rental and off I went. 2 weeks later I pick up car and the outside is dirty as xxxx, bird poop on the car. I told dealership touch free wash only. They said they don't have touch less, but you couldn't spray it off with a hose or something? Not what I would expect from a BMW dealership. I like my sales rep Mario, but I will not bring my car for service to that dealership again. I drive 35 mins out of my way to go there. More
