I dealt with Camden Barker as my sales consultant. He was excellent to work with and he has a good knowledge of the different cars and the inventory. My buying experience was satisfactory to start with. . Trying to work with Hector Colon after the sale has been a nightmare. He is incompetent and has no customer service skills. After sending more th . Trying to work with Hector Colon after the sale has been a nightmare. He is incompetent and has no customer service skills. After sending more than 25 emails and making 10 plus calls, Hector refuses to respond to my concerns. I purchased a car from Ferman on 10/31/2025 and traded in my current car. On 11/15/2025 I received an email from the leasing company of my traded car stating that they had not received my payment. The attempted contact to Hector began with no response. 12/1/2025 received notification from tge leasing company asking why the insurance on the car had been cancelled. Again several attempts to contact Hector were made and still no response. Hector also failed to included the $500 GM credit card offer in my original deal but again no response from Hector for this. It is now 12/4/2025 and I have never received a response from Hector about any of my concerns. Either Hector needs some customer service skills training or he needs to grow a backbone and respond to customer concerns. What started out as a very good buying experience has turned into a real xxxx show because of Hectors unwillingness to resolve simple concerns. More
