Thankful for Rob Crowley, his efforts in making this difficult decision was echelons about what I expected. MeryBell was amazing in assisting Cody with delivery and ensuring the paperwork and packet was complete for F&I. MeryBell was very professional along with ensuring our luggage made it in the vehicle as we were signing the documents in F&I. Lorenzo in F&I made the whole singing process very easy. Extremely professional, top tier, was an awesome finance guy to deal with. Mr. Jim who picked my wife, granddaughter and myself up from MCO and endured terrible traffic for over an hour in which we are grateful. What an amazing man I am very grateful for him and his conversation. The receptionist Mrs. Wanda, was so helpful and nice to our grandchild we are are truly grateful for. Our granddaughter is still talking about how Mrs Wanda was so nice to her, thank you! To the entire staff that came out to take a picture with us thank you! Rob Crowley gave us a special veterans shout out, played music and gave my wife and I one of the most memorable vehicle buying experiences of our 30 year marriage. Luis had the vehicle and documents prepared upon my arrival to make it more efficient since I'd have my young son with me.
