Cody was incredibly charismatic, efficient, and made the entire process enjoyable. What’s usually a long and stressful car-buying experience turned into something fun and stress-free. He even made sure our kids were comfortable, offering drinks and snacks to keep them happy while we shopped. I don’t think I’ve ever received this level of post-purchase care after a major transaction. These guys deserve a raise and should be kept around at all costs. Honestly, I never thought I’d say this about buying a car, but I won’t work with anyone else moving forward. The only part that gave me pause was during the final paperwork downstairs (this had nothing to do with Samo or Jake). The person I met with seemed visibly frustrated that I didn’t agree to the extra insurance options, even though they clearly didn’t apply to my situation. Granted, we're on vacation and I was dressed for us to go see the sights, but if that's the reason your sales people "walk right past" a potential sale, it's ridiculous. I will not shop at ANY Ferman dealership EVER! I've already relayed my experience to our relatives in Brandon, and I hope they pass it on. I was not surprised when one of them told me the owner has played an outsized role in trying to eliminate Florida's black bears too! More
