I will never take my car back for repair work ever again. My car came in because of a Stabilitrak notice on my dash. 2 weeks later and $7385 later I left. 2 weeks later the same thing happened. Our service advisor Brian W. stated that they could not find an issue and we took it home again after spending another 2 weeks there. Two weeks later for the third time same issue. This time they kept the car 30 days. I must have called Brian W. 10 times. No response. Brian R. the service manager was also unresponsive. I then contacted the GM Brad Wise at least 5 times. No call back. Then I contacted the AGM Jimmy Larkin. He called back once and that was it. 55 days in the shop and all I wanted was for some communication. We paid $7385 of the first visit to find out that they didn't even fix the issue which they stated was a misfire on cylinder 1 and then the third time they said it was a misfire on cylinder 5. You would think for that kind of money it would be fixed. I even called Ferman himself and of course no call back. Worse customer service I ever had in my life. Go elsewhere for any repair work on your car. More

What made the overall purchase experience far beyond any vehicle purchase to date, was dealing with our sales rep Rebecca Wilson. I totally understand there’s likely a great operations team supporting her b vehicle purchase to date, was dealing with our sales rep Rebecca Wilson. I totally understand there’s likely a great operations team supporting her behind the scenes but if it wasn't for Rebecca, I could have easily taken my Suburban purchase elsewhere. She's honestly a standout rep for the Ferman organization and I would fully support purchasing an additional vehicle via Rebecca specifically depending on future transportation needs. The level of personal commitment that Rebecca delivered on a daily basis & over a several week period was refreshing to experience, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle that the Ferman organization represents. Rebecca was on her game at all times & heading into the office on her days off just to make sure everything flowed smoothly considering current struggles within the auto industry.
