Unexpected Results I initially walked in, looking for a used vehicle, as my last vehicle was recently totaled. I’ll admit, I was a bit discouraged at first that I wouldn’t be able to purchase anything that would be within my budget. Yet, I somehow ended up leaving the dealership with brand new 2019 model, with roughly the same payments I had on my last vehicle. Everyone there was pleasant, helpful and professional. They even kept giving my two year old balloons to keep him happy! This was my first time at this dealership but it definitely will not be my last! More

horrible experience TOOK MY CAR IN FOR A SIMPLE REPAIR. NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THEM TO LET ME KNOW IF MY CAR WAS DONE. NO HUMANS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE EXCEPT FOR A KIND RECEPTIONIST WHO TOLD ME SHE WOULD TRY TO HAND CARRY A MESSAGE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME BUT ONCE AGAIN....NO CALLBACK!!!! SHE TOLD ME THIS IS A CONSTANT ISSUE! MY ADVISOR GAVE ME A CARD WITH HIS PERSONAL CELL NUMBER BUT HE NEVER ANSWERED AND NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS.
