He made the car buying experience fast and flawless with a smile on his face the entire time. No “salesman” feel to him at all, just a newfound friend with a great deal of knowledge there to assist. As it played out, he became the deciding factor in what dealership we chose to purchase from. Everyone needs a Mo. Loved the experience.The whole Ferman team was great including Manager Jeff, who was so personable and fairly worked with us on a trade, and Ron in Finance who was efficient, funny, and fantastic. Very disappointed in Eric Dugas and finance dept sales of warranties. I canceled all 3 after finding 2 warranties included with no discussion on price or what it covered. Eric uses fraudulent tactics to sell warranties. I canceled all 3 after finding 2 warranties included with no discussion on price or what it covered. Eric uses fraudulent tactics to sell products that are not properly laid up front. I canceled only assume this is the Ferman way of doing business. Under the passing comment I can extend your warranty on everything for $4.00 per Month to 9 years!! No disclosing each cost or coverages you used my I pad signature to sell me 3 extension warranties at full price almost $5,000. Will never recommend Feeman Chevy. Fortunately I was treated well by Brian Sales man, But everything after that was hugely disappointing. Ps I may have purchased and extended warranty or two if presented honestly. More
